Pigeon Engineering is hiring a Warehouse Executive to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring smooth receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch. This role supports production and delivery timelines by coordinating closely with logistics and internal teams, maintaining safety standards, and leading warehouse staff for higher productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations: storage, retrieval, and dispatch of products
- Coordinate with logistics teams to maintain inventory levels and improve supply chain flow
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a secure working environment
- Perform regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to improve performance
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years experience in the same field
- Preferably a college graduate (logistics/supply chain or related)
- FMCG experience strongly preferred
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Proficient in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office
- Freelancers only
- Must be locally available in Qatar with a valid Qatar ID
- Must be able to join immediately
